Human rights lawyer, Cynthia Chisom Umezulike has earned her Doctorate Degree in Law (Ph.D), her fourth Law degree from Birkbeck, University of London.
The daughter of the late Enugu State Chief Judge and Professor of Law, Justice Innocent Azubike Umezulike OFR already had a Bachelor’s in Law from the Igbinedion University Okada, Nigeria; a Master’s degree in Human Rights Law from Queen Mary University of London; a second Master’s degree in International Law and Criminal Justice from the University of East London, and PG CERT in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education (IV) from University of Worcester. The lawyer works in the UK as a Lecturer in Law, Director of Human Rights Programs and consults for international organisations including Amnesty.
