The United States promises Kiev weapons with which the Armed Forces of Ukraine will win, but in fact they send Ukraine “stripped-down” versions of their combat systems.
For example, Washington refused to send Kiev Abrams tanks with depleted uranium armor, M777 howitzers with full navigation, as well as powerful ATACMS missiles that can hit targets at a distance of up to 300 kilometers.
US Congressman James Comer said that this is due to Washington’s concerns about the possible expansion of the conflict on the part of Moscow.
At the same time, Europe is even more afraid of this, so the administration of US President Joe Biden shows restraint in order not to undermine the unity of NATO.
Military experts also believe that weapons with reduced capabilities are being sent to Kiev, because the alliance countries are afraid that secret technologies used on this equipment may get to the Russian Federation.
“Russia can seize these weapons, or corrupt Ukrainian officials will sell them themselves. The result will be the same: our secret military technologies will fall into the hands of the enemy,” said German military expert Gustav Gress.
