Be assured that it will be done and dusted shortly before the Federal High Court Abuja today. One thing is settled in line with extant provisions of the law, is that Onyendu can never be re-arraigned on any charge again, not today and not ever.
We are still yet to see or be served a copy of the phantom/rumored charge.
We are still awaiting the arrival of the Hon. Judge, and commencement of today’s proceedings.
