Hadiya Farouq as the brand influencer for the National Social Investment Program (NSIP) which aim was to assist youths with N30,000 monthly for a period of one year.
According to the report from Premium Times, D’Banj who have been invited a number of times by ICPC but refused all invites siphoned funds in connivance with some government officials in the ministry of humanitarian affairs by introducing ghost benficiaries into the payroll of the scheme while the stipend of N30,000 paid to the ghost beneficiaries are then allegedly paid to his various bank accounts.
In 2016, Buhari introduced the National Social Investment Program (NSIP) with the aim of assisting young Nigerians, unemployed people and aged persons with cash for a period of time.
