Method:
Mix together the flour and sugar in a bowl. Add the oil a little at a time, stirring well to combine. Finally, rub the oil into the flour with your finger
You should end up with a crumbly mixture that you can shape into balls. Take a piece that fits easily in the palm of you hand, shape into a sausage then using the back of a knife cut a fairly deep impression in the top. Transfer to a baking tray lined with baking parchment then shape the remainder of the mixture in the same manner.
Once all the dough has been shaped, transfer to an oven pre-heated to 180C (355F) and bake for 20-25 minutes, until nicely browned and crisp. Allow to cool on the baking tray for 10 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
